Returns run through the store that sold you the toy. Open your order history, pick the item, choose a reason and print the label that appears. There is no separate form on our side and no approval to wait for.
The standard window is thirty days from delivery on everything we make. Gifts bought in the run-up to the holidays usually get an extended window, which the store states on the order page itself.
A toy that arrived damaged should be reported with a photograph. Damage claims are settled without the item going back in most cases, which saves a trip to a drop-off point.
Missing a sensory animal, a drumstick or a stylus? Ask for a replacement rather than returning the whole set. Write to us with your order number and what is missing and we will arrange it through the store.
Refunds land on the original payment method and typically clear two to three working days after the parcel is scanned back in.
